IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR LEAGUE ADMINISTRATORS REGARDING UPCOMING TOURNAMENT PLAY.

There are a lot of teams who have completed rostering their teams correctly on line and are ready to create a tournament roster at the end of the month when tournament rostering begins. (Video will be posted)

How ever there are numerous leagues who have not completed the process correctly and will not be able to create tournament rosters until they are completed correctly.

League Admins need to check and make sure of 2 things

1. Your team/rosters are ACTIVATED in the system. (Video on dashboard)

2. That you have no players or Coaches or teams in the pending column on you league dashboard. Anyone in a pending status is not assigned to a team roster therefore will not be able to be assigned to a tournament roster.

ONLY PLAYERS ON ACTIVATED ROSTERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR TOURNAMENT PLAY

If your teams are not “activated”yet you may correct the issue with any pending players or coach/admins. Then activate them.

If your teams are “activated” and you still have players and coaches in a pending status that you were planing on using on your tournament rosters. “activated” rosters are locked you will need to email [email protected]

For assistance in correcting pending players and coaches.

DO NOT WAIT UNTIL TOURNAMENT TIME TO COMPLETE YOUR TOURNAMENT AFFIDAVITS.

START AS SOON AS AFFIDAVITS ARE AVAILABLE TO BE COMPLETED. (End of May)

WAITING AND THEN FINDING A PROBLEM COULD JEOPARDIZE YOUR TOURNAMENT PLAY BY NOT GETTING YOUR AFFIDAVITS COMPLETED IN TIME.
